What is "Little Ugly"?

There is a guy that wants to trade me a Busse Knife that he says is referred to as "little ugly". Does anyone know what knife that is? And where could I see a photo? Thanks, Ron......

The "Li'l Ugly" is very rare, 1/8" thick, ATS-34, smaller than a Mean Street, made between 1992-1994. Black Linen Micarta. Probably etched with the Busse Combat name. Cordura sheath with a full covering flap, made to look like a mini-mag flashlight pouch. Original cost was $87.00. Designed for police EDC.
