It's called a "Tumi", a ceremonial knife used by by the Inca and pre-Inca peoples of Peru for human and animal sacrifice.

Mine is a couple of my favorite blades

.... I just wanted to add that it was a multipurpose knife; when not used for sacrificing virgins it was being used for trepanation (primitive brain surgery)
