What is the biggest knife you EDC

Four inch, don't have anything bigger, but I suppose I'd carry bigger until it bottomed out it my pocket while clipped. I've already swapped out my wallet for a broccoli rubber band so they don't interfere.

Well that depends. If I am out in the woods of Maine like I normally am in the summer, I normally have 3 blades on me. A smaller foulder like a kershaw skyline sized. A large folder, Cold Steel XL Voyager for example. And then eather a Buck 650 nighthawk or a CAS Hanwie Nyala. When I am here in NJ my largest folder langth wise is acually the little Spyderco Junior, that I have pimped.

Wow, I thought I would be reading about much larger knives. I like knives that have a closed length around 4.5" up to about 5" max. These usually have a blade length of 3.5" to 4". A Kershaw Volt is probably about the biggest which has about the previously stated maxes, a 4" blade and a 5" handle. Don't really like much bigger. The Benchmade Rift is about perfect and the general size of most of my EDC, though it fits a slightly bigger blade than most. I also don't like them much smaller which doesn't give me a wide range but there seem to be lots available luckily (my wallet may argue that term). The Rift has a 4.6" handle and a 3.7" blade.

Large Regular Sebenza is pretty much the max I'll carry (comfortably anyway).

I usually carry one of the fixed blades (Buck 119 and Benchmade Rant 1) and then the Endura 4 or the Benchmade Griptilian. The Kershaw Skyline always tags along as well. Buck 119 is the largest blade i carry. Thats a 6 inch blade and its about 10.5 inches overall.

I regularly carry a DDR custom HD Maxx 5.5" and I'm expecting a ZT Strider bayonet that is 7.5". I'll be carrying that for one month straight.

The largest folder would be a Spyderco Resilience, or Police.

Fixed blade would be a Ontario Rat3 or a Scrapyard Yardkeeper.

Benchmade Bedlam, ZT 0301, and Benchmade Adamas.

All of them have about a 4" blade. I used to EDC a Becker BK7 on my hip; with the standard sheath and the micarta handles.

ZT 301 and ZT 560 are my work EDC's. Just got them, so I carry both, but I will only carry one ate a time when the new wears off some. Off duty it is a CRKT Eros 2 ATM, so only a 2" blade there.

6 inch fixed blade rides on my hip throughout the winter months along with a Buck folding Kalinga and a Spyderco Police.
