What is the deal with Bark River knives being so small?

I have owned two Bark Rivers - a Fox River and a Northstar. I sold them both because the handles were too short.

This doesn't mean that I wouldn't buy another one if the handle was longer and more comfortable. Quality is very nice.

I had a Northstar and sold it for the same reason. However, I was very impressed with the quality of the knife itself. Mike makes an excellent blade and would not hesitate to buy another for the same reason as you, a larger handle. Just for the record, I don't have large hands.
