hmmm.. could be. Seemed to me like a preference cascade. Some folks started doing it, other folks followed that example, newbies followed what looked like the standard practice, and in less than a year almost every price was deleted.

I sold 2 in the last few months and left the prices up. .

You and me, brother. Let's reverse the trend, and make leaving the price up the new mormal.

Yup, I leave my prices up normally.

It also makes it hard to know what price to set when selling. I never would have thought I would forget how much I paid for a Busse, but I must be getting old.

Based on the rules of Blade Forums, I'll have to lock this thread. Should have done this already, but due to who the OP was thinking about buying from, I left it open to let the message get through about that...guy. Regardless of the price or the knife, surely there are many more honorable Sellers/Dealers here who haven't been banned from BF.com that would make the buying experience much more pleasant...and most likely save the OP some cabbage ta boot.
