What is The most beautiful folder you have ever seen?with pics

One of the nicest production (maybe a semi-custom) knives I've come across. God I wish I had one.

It would be almost unfair for me to claim a 'most beautiful' folder. I have a new favorite every week. :D

But.... that's not to say I don't have a couple of standouts: Tim Herman's 'Sliver' and Wolfe Loerchner's 'Wings' folders. It doesn't get more beautiful than them, to me.

Production is a tie between a William-Henry T-10 'Lancet' and Chris Reeves Knives 'Mnandi'. Schweet.

Keith, where have I seen that knife before? Was it in Blade fairly recently?

I'd never carry a knife like that, but it is beautiful. My father's oldest sister makes stain-glass windows, and it looks like something she'd do.

I know I saw it in a magazine reecently, but I'm not sure if it was Blade or not. I go to Ed's website a lot, because he makes some of the nicest knives you are going to see anywhere. Every time I go to his site I take a good look at that knife.

Thomas MCGuane's "Nemo Abyss". The best looking folder I ever seen so far. Too bad the pic doesn't do justice to the knife:

Also Arpad Bojitos is a very gifted knifemaker.

OTOH, what do you guys think of Montejano's work? He posts regularily at the Gallery section some mind blowing items. :)

This Kaj Embretson lockback that I picked up recently definitely does it for me. :)

Notice the forged blade is comprised of 3 seperate, curved bars, with 2 twist patterns to the spine, and the edge bar a firecracker pattern, knife is sole authorship. For me, part of a knife's beauty is not just the way it looks, but the skill neccessary to make it, which is why lately, I seem very drawn to higher end forged knives, so, on a knife like this, I appreciate both its design, and how skillful Kaj is in making it.

Nothing real fancy, just something Art Washburn made to my design and after five years still one of the prettiest knives I've seen.
