What is the recommended way to "retire", withdraw, close, delete a thread that has been up over two weeks?

I am getting into selling on Bladeforums after many years of buying on Bladeforums! I've read the rules many times and still not sure of the best way to pull a thread that is going nowhere.

Just lock the thread so no one else replies to it. You can edit the title if it's withdrawn. We don't delete threads. No need to do anything else.
