What is the "Signature" knife of your favorite maker?

REKAT...Sifu. (I don't know if that counts or not, but THAT'S my answer, and I'm sticking to it!).:).
 
Dann, I'm starting to feel bad for you. ;) I don't think a post goes by where you don't mention your great love of the SIFU. Now, I have to admire your unflagging persistence and consistency, but there ARE other fine knives out there. Perhaps Santa will bring you something pointy, sharp and wonderful that you will have equal enthusiasm towards. In any case, have a great holiday! :)
