What is this 112?

I think that you meant to type 442 above Dave.

So, this Special Project 112 comes with or without the "ugly hump" on the spine of the blade. Get the 450 blade and it is humpville. Get the 442 blade and the world is your satin smooth oyster humpless.

There is no end of the ways to collect cutlery is there... More fun for me.

You're right. :o

Sealand answered. The 112 does between 80 and 90 Euro, that's actually 100 ... 112 Dollar. They will search for a shop in Germany. Does anyone like to buy one of these Knifes?

Wow, now that's strange. Why would the catalog say they were not available in the UK (see screenshot in post #30), yet they gave you a shipping price to ship there??

Spendy. Thank you Haebbie.

Seeland told me that their business is wholesale and they only distribute to dealers. So you gotta buy from a retailer. Seeland won't sell directly to the consumer.

Something is lost in the translation from Denmark language to English is my guess.

They are available right now here in the US for $84.50 with free shipping. The same place will ship to the UK for $16.95. Total, $101.45 USD.

There is a thread on BritishBlades discussing this Special Project Buck 112, which links to Jacob's stuff, Dave. It is under "Production Knives" and links to this discussion on BladeForum.

Jacob was kind enough to check his stock of these odd 112s. Unfortunately, no joy on the 442 front, all blade stamps & all blades are 450s. Some retailer across the chilly Atlantic has a rare-baby-rare DP 112 resting on their dusty shelf.
