What is this? Huge drill?

Came across this today. Anyone know anything about it?

It stands about 10'. The table on it is about 3' across.

Buffalo Drill Press. Used to drill larger holes. Had a chance to pick one up for $150. Not quite that large but it was is good shape.

As the others have stated it's a larger post drill. I have an old Chicago that needs to be disassembled and cleaned up. I used to have a smaller Buffalo Forge model too but just recently sold it.
