What is this knife?

I have a Buck made in the USA marked 446C, Large folder without a thumb notch or assist (can a thumb pivot be put in?). I cannot remember where I got it, but think it is about 7 years old or so.

That is the Goliath (sp?). It was discontinued a few years back. You might call our store for a Flick-it. I'm pretty sure the flick-its will fit.
