What is this Russian knife that looks like a sickle?

Hey everyone. I'm looking for a knife I saw at the KGB museum in Prague & just saw in a YouTube video (the guy that did it said it was a hand falx). The thing is, the guy at the museum said that it was used by Soviet troops.

Where does someone get one of these? I'd like one with a sharpened back curve, but the rest of the back flat.
 
I always thought peasant farmers harvested the wheat and the government took it away.
 
Some ethnic knife perhaps? Russia is/was pretty wide area. Could be something all the way from near the middle east to far east...

I'm curious to see this and would rather not go find a random youtube video to see anyone know what it is yet and have pictures?
