What is this?

Check eBay auction #6600715863. The seller says it is a Schrade Walden life raft survival knife. Has anyone ever heard of these?

It's legit, Dale. Back in October, an ebay seller had about 200 of these. They went quick. I've already seen them reselling for up to $40. At a local knife show, I examined one being offered for $50.
