it folds up blades says "W.A.K. Inc. Dayton Ohio" google didn't come up with anything

a buddy of mine had one. its a form of throwing knife that pretty much sticks every time. i was thinking of making me one.
 
I have one; not sure where I got it or why but it is, supposedly a thrower; think I got with something else I ordered a number of years ago.
 
It does work well, sticks into anything. I picked it up in a pawn shop in Truth or Consequences NM 15 or so years ago. Just cant find any info about it.
