What is your dream knife?

hey bquinlan that texas six by bob dozier isn't on his web sight at least where i saw. Do you have a link or is that a one of a kind? looks like my dream knife.

My ideal knife...the one I designed that Dave Beck is building for me! And whatever my next Jack Crain purchase happens to be.

An original Bill Bagwell Hell's Belle.

This was my dream knife, was able to pick one up a couple months ago. :p

Now, my new dream knife is made by striper28 right here on our forum...the Orange Mammoth!

Black Mariah and Stripey 357.

Being mentioned in a thread like this is a true honor, I sincerely appreciate it :) Right now, folders are so far behind it's beyond my comprehension. :( I'm doing everything possible to ramp up "production". Little by little I'm making some headway.

It would be a clipless Benchmade 705 with carbon fiber handle scales and polished D-2 blade steel with a nice BC-1 coating to top it off. :D

I can't seem to settle on only one perfect knife so my other one would be a Spyderco Navigator, but this one would have a carbon fiber handle and D-2 blade steel. No slots and I would love to have some of the points on the handle rounded/soften a little. Forget the clip for this one also. :D

Mine was one-of-a-kind when I ordered it. I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted, so Linda and Bob worked with me to come up with a design that suited me. It is a variation on the #6 that Bob used to make.

Since then Bob has been making a new model called the Freedom Fighter that is very similar to my baby.

Arizona Custom Knives currently has a Freedom Fighter for sale. Or you can contact Dozier Knives and talk with them about getting exactly what you want made. The Doziers are wonderful people and very nice to work with.

A Spyderco Endura,G10 scales,Ti liners,Full Spyder-edge ATS-34 flat ground blade, tip up or down, right hand or left hand holes for clip.tom.

I have several dream knives.

I'd like an Ed Fowler Bowie and Pronghorn.

I'd like a P.J. Tomes Scagel style hunter.

I'd like a Tony Bose Wharncliffe Trapper with stag scales and 52100 blades heat treated by ed Fowler.

I'm sure I will think of more later.:)

An Emerson Police Utility knife with a 5" blade, a two sided secondary bevel, all in a satin finish.

Ooh! Ooh! (Ahnald Horshak):

I know this one...

A balisong with a 5" blade, I haven't decided on a blade profile as of yet...

I want stainless steel handles with some exotic wood inserts and a skeletonized pattern that goes through both the steel and the insert, instead of just one or the other.

Mayo TNT (wharncliff blade) with Onion speed safe mechanism and flipper .... Or Onion Aqua with talonite blade....

tough questions, 'cause i like so many knives......

but for now my dream-knife would be an Al Mar SERE2000 dual action vallotton-automatic, too bad i just can't seem to get my hands on one ;-(, especially because they're mainly found in the USA and live in The Netherlands. i saw one lately on eBay, but he only shipped within US and never replied my email. someday..........i WILL have one!
