I personally carry mine horizontally. But yes It can go inside the belt, pocket, neck knife use, etc. Very comfortable.

This combo is one I've been thinking about lately, glad to see someone doing it! I currently use my sage 2 as a secondary to my sebbie, but still think it weights a little much and would like something a tad bit smaller.
