What is your EDC Blade length?

2.87 delica 4 all the way to 3.5 sog flash 2 maybe an endura or tyrade thrown in for "defensive" reasons i.e. I'm gunna be alone somewhere I'd prefer not to be.

3" or less due to ridiculous state laws. Would be happier in the 3.25-.75" range on modern folders. Traditionals I'm content with at the 3 and under mark.

Tell me about it. I think my ideal carry size is 3.25" judging by my 0350, but unfortunately most of edc's are 3" or under... I'm used to it by now but it seriously limits the cool knives I can buy. I picked up a Para 2 recently and it honestly feels too big to me now, I couldn't imagine carrying something larger daily.

2.5 inches is pretty standard for me. Every once and a while I'll carry my Military at 4 inches.

3"- 4" :) 3.5" and 3.75" are perfect for me. Anything over 4" would be just a little to big and anything under 3" would be to small for my hand.

3.5 is my ideal length. Any more and it gets a bit cumbersome to carry. Any less, I feel like I'll have a hard time doing some of the cutting tasks that I need to do.

I'm currently carrying a Spyderco Native FRN with a 3.125 inch blade.

Anything over 3" in MI can be considered a dangerous weapon, sooooo I stick to 3" or less. Usually a Spyderco Delica 4, Boker Trance, or a SAK.

Used to really be under 3 inches... but since I have been really getting into knives, that has really been pushed... Been carrying a ZT 0560 for about a week, and loving having a larger, tougher knife.

Right around 3". Seems a great size since I carry either a mini Ritter, with Wilkins grips, or a Mnandi. Both I just drop into my right front pocket with my keys. On the weekends I will use a larger blade that is either a large Sebenza or a ZT 0550.

I find I am most comfortable with blades sized around 3", with a range between 2.5"-3.3". I just got a Para2 with a 3 7/16" blade, I like the knife but don't see myself getting a folder with a longer blade anytime soon. I find anything less than 2.5" is usually a little small for what I enjoy as a primary knife. That being said I often carry a Spyderco Ladybug Salt (1.9" blade) in addition to another knife and it is convenient to use around anyone without it being noticed and inducing panic.

I change my EDC's, but Para2 @ 3.3" is about perfect. Although I have Spydie Military @ 4", I haven't carried it yet, although is okay with Florida laws.

2 .5 to 3.0" seems to works best for me. The WV law makes it unlawful to carrying a knife with a blade longer than 3.5".

I like to keep it in the neighborhood of 3 inches or so, however I've been known to carry larger folders like my ZT 200 and Lg 21 sebenza when I feel the need for a larger blade which isn't too often. As of now my Cold Steel Medium Voyager has proven to be more than enough for 90% of the stuff I do on a daily basis.

Think i'm with the majority here, anywhere around 3"'s is good (2 3/4-3 1/4 probably my range although I'm often outside of this probably a half dozen times in a year just for kicks of sentiment)

3 inches is perfect for me, no more than 3.5". It's not even laws so much even though I travel to every state often (truck driver) it's more about comfort in the pocket and taking up space. Sage 1 is almost perfect but wish it was a little slimmer in width. CRK small sebenza is honestly the perfect knife for me I'm starting to think.

around 3 to 3.75 inches. Wouldn't go above 4 as knife would then be a tad clumsy for me
