Not necessarily what specific items. I'm asking about what general items do you have and where. I'm pretty rigid and have the same setup but change the specific items.

Right front pocket: dedicated folder
Right watch pocket: zippo
Left front pocket: multitool and also a small light
Left back pocket: wallet with bandaid
Right back pocket: keys with small multitool attached
Iwb: 45

So where do you put everything? What is your system?
 
Right front pocket: lone spare car key (all metal key only, for manual unlocking of vehicle in case of primary key ring loss); a Vic Rambler; loose change.
Left front pocket: Folded paper currency in money clip; white handkerchief.
Left back pocket: Wallet
Right back pocket: Ace comb.
These item's locations never vary.

Other "necessities" (everyday car and house keys, single AAA flashlight, bullet spacepen, small notebook, or 3 X 5 note cards), ride wherever convenience dictates.

Front Left: Phone
Front Right: knife (clipped), keys (including keychain pry tool), cigarettes..... note that my keys never touch my knife
Back Left: hankerchief
Back Right: wallet
Belt Left: Traditional folder in a Case side draw sheath
Belt Back Right: Zippo in a Zippo belt sheath
Right Wrist: Leatherman Tread
 
I've never been a fan of carrying my wallet in by back pocket, and I've learned better than to keep anything else in my knife pocket, so it goes:
Front Right: Knife
Front Left: Wallet, some kind of nicotine delivery system
Back Right: Phone
Back Left: Keys

(*Does the two-handed thigh-patting to check to see if I have everything*)

It works pretty well overall. You'd think the keys would hurt / be uncomfortable to sit on, but it's only ever been an issue maybe once or twice.
 
Belt- flashlight(3:00), Leatherman(4:00), Ohta Whittler in a G2 sheath(9:00)

Right front- clipped one-hand folder of the day
Left front- phone
Right cargo- PB-207 torch lighter, misc. stuff
Left cargo- wallet and comb

If I have a coin pocket there's usually a smaller slipjoint in it (as well as ear plugs if I'm at work).

Nothing in the back pockets, trashes my back:).

P.s. I have 5 pairs of the same pants. This would have to be paired down if I was forced to wear normal people clothes.
 
Left front pocket- SAK Alox Cadet & Bic lighter (Don't smoke anymore, but may need fire sometime)
Right front pocket- Burts Bees lip balm, main knife (modern or traditional, depending on mood)
Left rear pocket- wallet
Right rear pocket- big red or blue bandana (snot rag!)
Right side belt at 4 o'clock- edc handgun
Left side belt at 8 o'clock- spare mag in pouch
Left side belt loop- keys on a mini-carabiner

Phone? I leave it in my truck for emergencies. Very rarely carried. I hate those things.

Rr- minimalist wallet with a comb/tool the size of a card and phone
Lr- bandana
Small coin- leatherman squirt
Keys on carabiner attached to belt loop
Watch on left wrist.
Handgun 4 to 5 o clock.
 
LF: House and special use keys. Change.
RF: SAK usually along with truck keys with Squirt attached.
LR: Wallet
RR: Usually a clipped knife (Kizer at the moment) and I sometimes slip my cell phone in there beside it.
 
LF Pocket-Large EDC folder (I'm a leftie) currently it's a Pohl Force Alpha Four
RF Pocket Mid sized switchblade and car key with Nitecore rechargeable mini-light

On my person, not much else, but my Maxpedition Typhon has got a lot, probably more than most would consider "normal", but where I go, it goes, other than a few government buildings where they won't allow it.

I hate having more in my pockets than necessary.

I work out of my truck 90%+ ofthe time so it carries EVERYTHING else.

Right front: (floating) Wenger Esquire, Fisher Space Pen Bullet, (clipped) folder - almost always a Keen now

Left rear: phone

Right rear: wallet
 
Workday
Chest pocket- black medium tip Sharpie, pen light, 2 black ball point pens
Left leg cargo pocket- wallet and cell
Right leg cargo pocket- scissors and stethoscope
Right front pocket- pocketknife (SAK or traditional)
Every other pocket, bandages, tape, ointments, creams, alcohol wipes, NS wipes
Playday
only thing that carries over is wallet on the left and knife on the right
 
Right front: pocketknife (Manly Wasp lately, unclipped) and e-cig
Left front: Fisher Space Pen Bullet, loose change
Back right: wallet (Saddleback) and keys clipped into belt loop and tucked back with wallet
Back left: cell phone

I rarely leave the house without my trusty Citizen Eco Drive on my wrist.
