What is your edc system?

Jeezzz, you guys are so fancy. Me:
Front right: Tac force flipper, phone
Front left: Keys, Ganzo multitool
Just kidding:)
Front right: PM2 or mini grip(555 or 556), keys with the gerber bottle opening thingy
Front left: iphone
nothing on the back pockets because I don't like to sit on my things(is it just me that doesn't carry stuff in the back cause of this?)

Right front pocket: lone spare car key (all metal key only, for manual unlocking of vehicle in case of primary key ring loss); a Vic Rambler; loose change.
Left front pocket: Folded paper currency in money clip; white handkerchief.
Left back pocket: Wallet
Right back pocket: Ace comb.
These item's locations never vary.

Other "necessities" (everyday car and house keys, single AAA flashlight, bullet spacepen, small notebook, or 3 X 5 note cards), ride wherever convenience dictates.

I’m big on items go in the same pocket every day thing that way I can easily pat myself down and know I have everything.

For me:

Folding knife in left front pocket along with wallet.

Cell phone in right front pocket.

Keys clipped to a belt loop, right front belt loop.

Bic lighter in coin pocket. Used to carry a zippo but meh why bother.

Sometimes fixed blade will go iwb on a static cord so I can move it around easily if it is the type that is uncomfortable to sit with.

Not a fan of stuff in the back pocket. Years of sitting on a 1.5 inch thick wallet means you are always sitting crooked.

Right front pocket: keys, change
Left front pocket: traditional slipjoint or lockback
Right rear pocket: handkerchief
Left rear pocket: billfold.
Right side belt: trapper in sheath, cell phone
If carrying gun, right right front pocket, right side belt, left ankle, or maybe left inside coat pocket
Shirt pocket: comb, pen
Sometimes cigar cutter and matches or lighter, usually left front pocket, cigar in coat pocket
Watch on left wrist since about 5 or 6 years old. ANALOGUE.

Winter load:

Right front: keys, knife
Left front: phone
Back left: nothing
Back right: poo bags
Jacket: half of my entire possessions

Get a Thunderbird butane insert for that zippo and you'll love carrying it again.

I’ve worked out of my home for the past 18 years. My “system” generally consists of staying in my flannel pants until I have to throw on a pair of jeans, stuff a knife in my pocket, and head out to run a quick errand. If I have to travel (fly) somewhere, the knife is replaced by a flashlight. It doesn’t suck.

This has been my system for so long I can't vary it without losing something. Front right pocket, flipper, coins. Front left pocket, keys, bullet pen, mini BIC lighter, mini SAK. Back right pocket, wallet. Back left pocket, iPhone. Left wrist, watch. Glasses on face.

At home:
knife in right front pocket.

Away from home:
RFP: clipped knife and keys(3)
LFP: usually nothing, sometimes phone, sometimes spare mag.
RBP: usually phone, sometimes nothing
LBP: wallet
Firearm on belt at 4 o’clock

I almost always have a backpack and mini organizer near by.

My system varies a bit based on the season and what I’m wearing. For late fall through early spring, I’m almost always in jeans and carry the following:
LF Pocket - Cell Phone; Copper Promethius QRv2 light
Coin Pocket - LM Squirt PS4
RF Pocket - Keys, pill fob, Vic Pioneer
RR Pocket - Wallet with Hinderer Investigator pen
Belt - FF Runt on LHS in RLO cross draw sheath.
Jacket Pocket - Maxped Micro with extra reading glasses, micro fiber cloth, floss toothpicks, purell wipes, mini FAK, extra aaa battery, mini lighter.

Looks like a lot of guys don't carry a phone, which is interesting.
Dah.... It is nearly a necessity now and I almost forget to mention it as far as EDC goes. I wouldn't if there was a practical option these days. Years ago I budgeted $50 a month for a landline. The budget usually held up on average. Now, I have a landline, fax line, pay for 3 cell phones, a couple tablets.... get's expensive.

I feel the same about a wallet. I wish there was a better option other than some sort of man-bag. I tried smaller/thinner wallets and eventually they are overwhelmed with necessary cards and so forth. I make a habit of not sitting on my wallet driving however.

Front left pocket: wallet and keys.

Front right pocket: cell phone.

Back left pocket: nothing.

Back right pocket: knife (if it has a clip). If the knife is clipless, then it goes in the front right coin pocket if small enough, and if not small enough, in the front right pocket with the cell phone. If wearing a suit (which is often), I do not carry a knife with a clip and instead carry a slipjoint of some sort in the jacket pocket.

I like it the same for most stuff, everyday.

RF - clipped folder and proximity key for car (ie, i rarely need to remove the key from my pocket)
LF - catch all - change, cash, ring, watch (if i take them off), anything i need to stick in a pocket - sometimes my phone
RR - wallet if I'm lacking cargo pockets
LR - receipts

right cargo pocket is my wallet pocket,if I have it that day.
typically only pocket my phone when going from vehicle to building - then its on the desk, table, counter with me

I also carry a satchel that really a nice canvas insulated lunch bag - that has the "extras", flashlight, additional folder or two, food, medicine

LF: Chunky knife, keys.
RF: Slicey knife, phone.
OWB 3 o'clock: 1911 .45.
RB: Random... Sometimes phone, or small fixed blade, or slipjoint in leather slip.
LB: Wallet.
OWB 9-10 o'clock: Sometimes spare mag.
Winter - coat inside pocket: Sometimes spare mag.

RFP : Modern Folder clipped and small trayvax wallet
With usually some chapstick in the coin pocket in the winter

LFP : clipped flashlight something to write with and a pocket slip with a traditional folder in it

Pistol owb strong side sometimes a mag holder on my weak side but not all the time

Back pockets : Phone when I’m standing and a pair of mechanix gloves

Usually a watch on my left wrist and either a tuff products ranger belt or a Jackson leatherwork belt. Which both support my firearm very well but the ranger belt is awesome bc you just snap it on and off no adjusting besides when you first get it.

LF pocket. Phone and wallet with bandaids and magnifier lens.

RF pocket. Torch, keys, Parker jotter and pocket knife. Delica with clip removed or millie with clip.

Same thing every day. On weekends I may swap the pen out for a mini bic depending on what I’m doing.
