What is your favorite handle material for a working knife and why?

I'm with RCC. Stag is tops. Looks great, grips well.

i have to agree with tbark...i like natural
handle materials...stag & wood handles hold
up as good as any material...i have no problems with these handle materials as long
as you do not abuse your knife...
