What is your favorite knife handle material

Of the natural materials I'd vote for Ram Horn.

And for man-made materials, I like the look of Green Micarta.

Tough decisions...By the way Joe, nice shot! After showing my 8 year old the options available from the Custom Shop, he wants to throw his support behind Sambar Stag. Definitely Sambar Stag for him!

In no particular order:

Cocobolo
Ironwood
Ebony
Good, dark, gnarly matched stag
Stacked leather (in some cases)
Wormgroove bone in dark amber or brown
Jigged bone like this is always nice (no, it isn't mine :():
 
I did like G10 until that 850 Bravo-turkey... now put me back in th Micarta camp - great man-made user handles.

Natural - I love my one jigged water buffalo - nice look and feel. I have a good selection of stag, Sambar and bone-stag - I won't be going out of my way for more.

Wood - cocobolo - great variation. Resin-impregnated makes it a user and looker.

Because in Hungary the kind of stags are so common,and let say inexpensive,Therefor I prefer wood handles.Pete choosen a nice american oak for my 110 with ss damascus.Let me tell you the scale has 3 different shade at least.When ever take a look on that knife I allways being amaized by the beauty of natural mattererials.
 
Flame Koa is really a great looker! But Dave's rubber bucky is hands down the best user...The best factory user is what's on the 450....That opened my eyes when I used one...

i like curly maple on bowies, stag on hunters and micarta on folders.
