What is your favorite knife to make?

I just like Having lots of knives.

I get that. I think I like the idea of what I’m making and where I’ll use it more than the actual tedious tasks of making the knife.

3 Blade Stockman is just running up my liquor bill.

I like making big bowies, but they aren't likely to see much use without Zombies.
So next I'd say 5-7" multipurpose knifes. Like these...
