What is YOUR favorite knife?

Im sorta curious about what blades are your favorite? Like, if you had to get rid of your whole collection, what knife would you keep??:cool:
 
That's apocalyptic man. What a horrible scenario. I'm not giving up any of them. "From my cold dead fingers!" ;)
 
There's no way I would give up my collection voluntarily. But, in the spirit of the question, I could probably get by for the rest of my life with only my Umnumzaan. It would be a very sad, bleak world without my knives though.
 
I don't own it yet, don't even know what it is, but the zt550 is standing in for it atm.
 
My BM 580 Barrage. I've owned a bunch of knives in my life, but the 580 was the first time I fell in love with a knife.
 
I love a nice folder, but if I can only have one knife I am going with a fixed blade. That fixed blade would be the Survive! Knives GSO 5.1 in 3V.

 
i would keep this one, My Himalayan imports balance knife, 16" OAL, 35 oz, 5/16" spine.

My favorite is my grandfather's Case jack.

My most carried and most used is a Victorinox Farmer.

At the moment, it's my new Spyderco Hungarian. The first Spyderco I've ever really fallen in love with.



We all like to say that we would never sell off our collections but when it comes down to it, this is a hobby for expensive toys. We don't need a whole drawer full of $250 knives. And while it would take some dire straits indeed before I got to selling mine off, if it came down to them or bills or whatever, it is what it is. I can't say for sure the Hungarian would be the one I would keep, that would be an incredibly hard decision. I've whittled down my collection so far that I only have my absolute favorites left.
 
I have carried one knife for several years now, but have owned and sold several hundred.
