For a fixed blade i would say my ESEE-3S (wish i would have chosen plain edge)
For folder i would say my 551sbk griptilian, all my other knives are 8cr13mov and aus-8. I guess my recon 1 would come next.

Overall it would be the ESEE that i keep, more versitile in terms of camp and edc for me.

That's quite a difficult question, and my answer may change with new acquisitions, but at the moment, the knife I would have to keep out of all of my collection is my Brous Blades Silent Soldier Flipper. It's been a grail since I first saw it early in collecting, and has even surpassed my expectations.
