Well I guess that depends on whether you are talking about one to use or one to admire.

For the way I use a knife, my favorite would have to be the Camp Bowie. A broad, heavy blade to be used for clearing trails, chopping and general camp type chores.

For pure unadulterated eye candy, the Sunrise fighter is surely sweet. Especially with the forward canted guard. Fighters are one of my favorite fixed blade styles. A sharpened clip is a must. Stainless hardware and micarta handles just sweeten the pot.

I personally like the looks of the Longhorn bowie but the Sunrise fighter is a close second.

My favorite is the one I asked him to make for me.

Matt has some beautiful designs, but he's also quite a gentleman and also a true custom maker. While discussing the particular details of the knife I asked him to make for me, the thoughtful maker asked me to describe the general size and shape of my hand so that he could taylor the handle to fit me like a glove. Though I remain on a waiting list, I am already confident that the knife will be the best design I could buy.

I don't have one of Matt's knife yet. But I must say that the Sunrise, Natchez and Longhorn are looking very good... Any one of these with a 10"blade would be sweet.

My favorite is the big Scorpion. I love the lines and the simplicity. Don't have much use for big fighters though, so my order is for a 10" Sunrise.
