What is your favorite method of knfe carry and why?

One in my front right pocket configured for tip up carry, and another in my back left pocket (since I'm ambidextrous). The knife in my front pocket varies, but in my back one there's almost always a Spyderco Tenacious with the cheap wave mod so it goes flying open.

Front pocket with lanyard attached to belt. I have lost a lot of knives over the years, but never one that was carried in this method.

I just swallow my knives and throw up when i need them.

My favorite method of carry is to have the knife clipped inside my right front pocket. With that said, I do have certain requirements.:)

For many, many years I have carried two knives on my person; one is a small/medium slipjoint that I carry in my front left pocket. That same pocket carries my change, and currently a round Tylenol tube that houses my meds. I have carried, and still do, a med/large single bladed, locking, pocket clip equipped folder (think about the term tactical folder) in my right front pocket with NOTHING else in the right front pocket except this knife. My phone goes in a case on my belt, and my keys are on a carabeiner hooked to my belt loop. This is my carry method.

One other thing, or qualification for my right pocket folder is for it to sit as deep as possible in my pocket. To that end I have either had Steve Rice, aka STR, to make a clip, taken and old clip I had laying around and modifying it to a foldover design using a hand torch and pliers, or by, and this is newly found for me, ordering a foldover clip that fits the standard 3-hole clips. In this way I have converted all my folders over to deep carry folders with the exception of my ZT0200, and I would if I could, but the holes are just spaced too close to one another. But it rides fairly deep to begin with and only has a small amount of handle sticking out of the pocket.

If anyone is wondering why I insist on deep carry folders, it is just my preference and I don't want to advertise that I am carrying a large knife. I've found this method to work very well for me!:)

THey make sitting and hat wearing a little uncomfortable, but nobody ever finds them.

other than that, FB on my belt handle up, front pocket for folders.

Other methods include the "butt crack carry" - inspired by this woman's ample "ghetto butt" ;) Notice the sububan woman attempting it with success despite her inferior bum, probably a byproduct of watching too many soap operas and not wearing 4" + heels on a daily basis.

Folder right pocket but only in summer shorts.
Winter always fixed horizontal, right hand cross draw, then pull shirt over. Perfecty legal in Kentucky with a concealed weapons permit.

Rear pocket closest to the center of the body so it can be reached by either hand. I tried retreaving it from my right front pocket left handed and found it all but impossible.

IWB would work too.

Folder clipped to my right front pocket is the best for me but depending on what I carry it can wear out the pants. My Buck Waimea has been my solid EDC for a while now because it is also small enough to just drop in my pocket.
