What is your favorite production folder?

I would have to say that my favorite production folder would be my small classic Sebenza. Followed closely by my BM 806 and 710 and my MT LCC M/A. I really like all of these knives and get a lot of use and enjoyment out of all of them but my Sebenza seems most often to find it way into my pocket.:)

With my limited experience, of these I pick the BM710 with the SERE a very close second:

BM710
Emerson Raven
CRKT M18
Schrade Clipit
Al Mar SERE 2000

The SERE is more difficult to open one handed and the Emerson is IMPOSSIBLE to open one handed. The Schrade is good for an "I don't care what happens to it" knife and for that reason it gets used more than the others.

Well the one that "would" be my favorite is a Buck 112 ranger, with Titanium handles. But that dream hasn't been realized yet.

There are 5 production makers that I think very highly of ~ or at least a particular line of their knives. . .

Of course. . .at the pinnacle. . .Chris Reeve Knives and Microtech. Specifically, large regular and large Classic Sebbies and Microtech's LCC and SOCOM.

Also have a couple of Kershaw's (Random Task and Ricochet) that I think are the stuff !

Oh. . .I've never cared too much for Benchmade knives. . .but I do own 1 Benchmade that is exceptional. . .it's the 690.

And no gathering would be complete without a Spyderco or 2. . .
I have a Dragonfly Lightweight and a Michael Walker Lightweight that are super little workers.

Right now, and probably for quite a while it has to be my LCC D/A, followed closely by my A.G.Russell Linerlock, and Benchmade 940 KOTM.
Once I get that Mall Warrior-ninja-death-monger-super-tactical-do-everything-scare-everyone knife, you know, the one made by United; We all know which will be my favorite. The LCC D/A :D

#1 is my Emerson Commander (actually have two of 'em). I even like it better now that I have learned how to properly sharpen the recurve blade. Took me a while to learn the trick.

#2 is my Al Mar SERE 2000. In some ways I like it even more than the Commander. The finish is much better than the Commander, but the Commander Wave is tough to beat.

#3 is my BM 710. I really like the Axis Lock but the knife just doesn't "excite" me quite as much as the Emerson or Al Mar.

I am currently rotating between 3 folders. A large Classic Sebenza, a Spyderco Military plain edge ATS34, and a SERE 2000. I would be hard pressed to narrow it down much further, but I find myself carrying the Military more. If I "Had" to narrow it down to just one folder to do everything and not have to worry about, I would pick the large Classic Sebenza.

My one and only BM 910 HS. Gotta be HS though, the other Strykers don't even come close. This may change when my new Ladyhawk comes, but it is hard to beat the attachment you have to your first love.
