What is your favorite site to get stropping materials?

Thanks for the best wishes there Stitchy - sounds like you're ready to move on.

Just remember, all that I asked was your name. I would certainly have looked into any issue that you may have had with my company and done my best to remedy the situation.

Thank you for your offer, but there is nothing that "I" need to work out. I've solved my ordering problems. When I order something these days I get it within a reasonable time or have immediate communication from my vendor. A consumer needs no more than that.

I wish you good luck with your company.

Keith, Your products are BY FAR the best in quality, and craftmanship, but you do ship a bit slow ;). Also when will your website be back up and running. I still get the message you wrote on 2/15/10 when ever I acces it, also will rolled horse butt be on the list of things to sell?

Keith,

You are about to win the battle and lose the war. You have friends here, and you have your own case, but you are also a business owner. Stitchawl is not alone, and you should not treat him like he is.

Keith,

I'm wondering about the website myself... and the horse butt. Even though the site is closed (at least the front door) can we still place orders over the phone using the phone number listed at the bottom of the page? How about through email, as I'd rather not have to pay long distance charges to order your products. Incidentally, a toll-free number wouldn't be a bad idea, as long as you're making sweeping upgrades to your business. What about ordering online by going through the back door? Like this:

I'm also curious if you have made any progress in setting up a Canadian distributor? I don't want to order from the States and have to pay crazy shipping and duty fees only to have a Canadian distributor pop up a month later.

Looking forward to trying out your leather, boro rod, CrO semi-paste, and 23 carat 0.5 mic diamond spray.... 'Cuz 0.25 would just be silly, right?!?;)

I for one was pleased to see Keith step up to the plate....just because he's a business owner does not mean he has to sit still while crap is slung at him.
