Just as the title says :)
Production Titanium Framelock folders less than $200 street price. If it is a discontinued production model and usually sells for more than $200 today, that's fine too.

Sage II, but soon enough it'll be that M4 G10/Ti Millie coming out

A few years ago, SMKW sold off their CRKT S2s (large) for $25 apiece, free shipping. I bought eight of them and ended up giving some away as gifts. With 154CM blades and titanium frames, it was a great buy. I only wish I had bought more.

SMKW just doesn't have deals like that anymore. Ah, but it was nice while it lasted.

I really like the Sage 2. I wish it didn't carry so wide, but the ergonomics on it are great and similar to the Caly 3.

Only Ti framelock I've had under $200 was a leafstorm, and the good one, well it was very good.

I picked up a Kershaw SG2 JYDII frame lock for well below $200 and love it. Its probably my favorite production Kershaw of all time. Its hard for me to find one that compares apples to apples with it for all it offers. I mean made in the USA a decent steel thats highly corrosion resistant and with a unique design to the handle and shape. The best thing about it IMO is that its a frame lock though.

Under $200, I'd vote for the Sage 2 easily. For around $140, you get a Ti framelock with and S30V FFG blade and a reversible clip so it's very ambi-friendly. And, if anything goes wrong, you have a stand-up company behind it.

Spyderco SageII. Love the choil and handle ergos.
