Very sharp, best cutter, best chopper, best stability, won't chip, won't get stuck in anything because of geometry.
And, misque, sharpening is no problem if people know that you have to do it in the OTHER DIRECTION, not like a cutting motion away from you but by dragging the blade towards you with the edge away from you. It's soooo easy.
