What is your favorite way to cook your fish?

Bowl with flour, pour in x amount of beer and stir to suitable batter thickness. Toss in chunks, swirl, dig out with fork and straight into the hot oil. Sprinkle lemon, salt\pepper whatever, if you have it with you. Light, crispy, simple, fast.
