What Kabar Becker do I need for my "Bug out Bag"

Until then I am still sticking with my BK2 suggestion. Despite the weight its fairly compact. Custom sheaths are everywhere. Ive always been impressed by how good the factory edge is. You could take a BK2 and baton through every other knife in the line if that doesnt say "ultimate BK" I dont know what does. If you want the best of the tweeners Ive got those to my favorite is the BK17. Nice light nice jimping for your thumb. Stabs like a MF with the clipped point comes with a very nice sheath...if you can wait for the ritter/becker Id place your pre order now at Knifeworks I did. Looks like it may be a great combo of reach and thickness.
 
and as far as i know there's still no date set on when the pre-order order will be placed.

I got to agree. It'll eat up your baton, but weight being an issue and you'd like some reach as well (defensive purpose): get a five.
