Dang first one I've seen! Where did you get it from?

I was first to pre-order it from BHQ. It was an almost 6 month wait. Well worth it. I can't believe how nice this is for the money. I'll do a pic review tomorrow.

Cool! Love the stonewash on the blade. I'm also glad they took the word Titanium off the scales.

Thx man. I think so too. Also wish the reverse side was milled. Guess they had to cut costs somewhere. This knife is almost perfect. Easily a $100+ folder. I would have paid a bit extra for premium blade steel and the for mentioned milling.

Satin polished the black hardware. Still need to do the standoffs. I've considered hand rubbing the blade like a custom Rexford, too, but I'm pretty content with the look right now. I'm going to start pimping knives a bit, though, and will need to experiment with things like that and heat anodizing the hardware, different scale treatments, etc. I like this thing a lot right now, though. I also need to give it the mirror polished Wicked Edge treatment, though.

Nice job man. I've been ECDing the 0801 at work. I'd like to see what you could do to the blade. Maybe a satin finish?

Thanks man :) It's definitely a great knife. That's what I've been thinking, a hand rubbed satin finish (just like the pocket clip, maybe slightly shinier). I kind of hate to rub off all of the lettering on the blade, but I really want to see what it will look like and I think that's something people will really want to get done to their knife, so I need to try it in order to "sell" it (like I said, I'm going to start doing work for other people now). I think the satin hardware and blade would really make this knife look a lot like a custom Rexford.
