What kind of belt sander is good?

I currently have a handheld skil beltsander, but I would like to upgrade it because I just cannot get a good primary bevel on my knives. If anyone knows any good belt sanders mainly with disk sanders included, but if its just a stationary belt sander that is fine. So, if anyone knows a good quality cheap stationary belt sander please let me know and I live in Concord, California if anyone would be willing to sell me one of there old ones. Thanks.
