What kind of collector are you?

For me, I'm a niche collector, I only want one knife to fill each category(Hard use, edc, flipper, classy, etc etc) So let's hear it!

I'm starting to get into 3 inch titanium frame locks, but I 'll buy anything that "speaks" to me.

I only collect limited editions with exotic or super steel. I won't buy one just because it has a different color handle.

I am a collector of used knives..;) (ie...I can't kept them out of my pocket)...
I have a thing for titanium knives that have a simple clean look.

I like to collect knives with different steels, and only keep a max of 3 knives in the same steel. For example, I have 3 in S30V, 1 in CPM M4, two in D2, two in 1095, one Damascus, 3 AUS 8, 2 154CM, 1 in Sandvik 14c28n, 1 ZDP-189 and 2 VG-10.

I also like different handle materials as well. I've got leather, zytel, paracord, frn, aluminum, titanium and a few others.

I collect anything that catches my eye. That said, I do have 20 Barlow knives and am always looking for more.

I've yet to spend over $80 on a knife and just today I went all out and bought a Mora Companion for $13.:p Consider me a collector of fine knives $100 and under.:D I'm trying not to get my hopes up too high but I'm very excited about this Mora.

I like well made titanium framelocks, but I am not a collector. More of an accumulator.

Im newer to the game so ive been collecting all the kershaw/ZTs they came make and I can afford lol

I like a mix of knives but I am much more a user than a collector. I change out my Daily Carry about every other day and have a lot of knives I rotate in! Then again I also like to personnally test most of the products we sell:D

Im a collector trying to find what niche I'm in. I just buy what I like. Just to give an idea of my diversity in choice

Extrema Ratio Shrapnel, Grohmann Boat Knife, Mora Army Knife, Esee 3,4, Fallkniven F1 and BRKT Aurora

I'm like Tipton above, more an accumulator than collector. I'll buy any blade that interests me.

For me it is high quality production folders all of which are made in the USA. Not because knives from other countries are not good. Rather it is because the ones I like are made here and I consider that a bonus. For dress knives or knives for the office I collect William Henry. For work around the house/weekends it is Sebenzas.
