what kind of finish on a pocketknife blade?

I am making my first pocket knife blade. I am reblading a cheap little lockblade knife. I am making the blade from 01 and am almost ready to put it in for good. What kind of finish do i need to put on the blade to make sure it won't rust around the pivot area? Or is just oiling it good enough.

Thanks. I am pretty sure the liners on this one are stainless, but it also has a teflon washer on each side of the blade also.
