what kind of grinds do you like?

Again, I say Flat, Scandi, or convex. I have recently turned every saber grind into a full convex, I love it. Hollow grinds have their place: straight razors, for face shaving.::

I definitely prefer Full Flat Grinds for every day cutting.

Hollow slices great till you hit the top of the knife, saber grinds are good, but once again as soon as it hits mid knife your struggling, Flat grinds push and pull start to finish in my experience.

and for looks: Deep, high hollows.

Are "convex" and "hollow ground" the same?

What is "zero ground" ? What manufacturer uses it?

What manufacturer uses "Scandi"....which sounds Swedish ?
