What kind of wallet do you carry?

Filson leather bi-fold. Wife bought it for me maybe ten years ago, and it still works great.

Tanner Goods bi-fold. Best wallet I've ever had. I opted for the natural, untreated leather, and now its aged and awesome. Id highly suggest it.

The brand is Big Skinny. Not sure on model. Synthetic material that zips closed. Prior to this i carried leather wallefs all my life, but i am liking it.

I carry a nylon Countycom wallet. I think it's the NY-LA wallet. I've been carrying it for about 3 years. It fits 4 or 6 credit cards, my license, contractors license, ccw permit, insurance cards and wads and wads of cash with no problems. I like it a lot because it was probably only $12 and will last a long time if you don't care how it looks.
Lately I have been thinking about picking up a saddleback wallet, but I don't see the point since what I have works and is really inexpensive. I also like that it won't make my butt sweat in the summer :D
I know guys who carry a truckers wallet (purse) around and I don't know how they do it. My butt would be dripping when it's 100 degrees out and I'm digging a trench.

$3 nylon tri-fold. I don't see the point in spending a bunch of cash on something that spends 99% of the time in my pocket. I'll save the cash for beer and ammo... and knives, of course.

Maxpedition Spartan. Had it about a year and I'm very pleased with it. My previous wallet was a Jack Wolfskin pack-cloth tri-fold, had it 20 years and it still looks like new, but it was a bit bulky.

I carry a Tumi, and it is my second one like it. Honestly I can say I will NOT buy a third. They do not hold up anywhere close to as long as they should for the price. They are nicely designed and well thought out for usage, but I feel I should get more than a few years use out of a $100+ wallet. With all the comments here I will likely try a Saddleback or maybe one of the Hu Mn when this one dies.

IF you don't carry in a front pocket you could be running a risk of damage to the sciatic nerve over time..well, maybe..if you have a large wallet and sit on it a lot.

Problems with your back and legs as you age won't be as much fun as when you were younger.

Oh yeah, all that stuff about wearing a hat and sunscreen and avoiding sunburn worth listening to.

Money clip with an old motel room key card stiffener..except when boating, then add a snack-size zip lock bag.

Old and in FL I'm still learning stuff.

I really like my Big Skinny New Yorker and compact wallet. Leather is nice but my wallet spends most of its time in my back pocket so it doesn't bother me that it's made of nylon.

Another vote for the big skinny wallet. I've only had mine for about a year but I really like how compact it is.... I forget its in my pocket some time

I know this girl that does leatherwork, and I had her custom make me one when she was down and out so I could throw a little work her way.

I carry a Columbia passport wallet. Heavy grain brown cowhide with white double stitching. Looks like it was made by a saddle company. I'm guessing its going to be very durable. My brother had one made from a gator we took last year. It is incredible looking and should last a life time. Maybe I will have one made this year.

I bought a cheap nylon wallet at Dollar General about five years ago and it is still in 90% condition. I hope it last another 50 years, because I hate spending money on crap like wallets.

Maxpedition micro. Weights nothing, takes no space. Just the bare essentials, and has lasted well over the few years I've had it. It's bit plain wallet, but it works so I haven't changed it.

I have 2, the brown one is a leather Polo leather executive wallet that my sister got me for my birthday, and my black one is my old and trusty Louis Vuitton Brazza which is almost 8 years old. I like the bigger wallets.
