When I wear boots, either Bates or Corcoran-Matterhorn. Whenever I'm not wearing those (which is pretty much all the time) it's Adidas Superstars:

I call those last ones my CIA agent oxfords. Those steel toes are nasty.
 
You want a good all around shoe, check out Keen. Especially if you wear Merrels, Columbia, Vasque. They are unbelievably comfortable
 
AI - I have almost the exact same runners , but not Adidas they are Macbeth brand , but look almost exactly the same minus Adidas logo n stripes but with Macbeth logo and M.

CM - here in OZ you can get steel capped runners for work. Like steel capped Dunlop volleys , which I guess would be like having Chuck taylors with a steel cap.

I got a pair of steel toe joggers as well :)
 
I wear my air force ones most of the time today I wore my chucks. I'm kind of a sneaker head and like the classics. Awesome to see some of my fellow BFers rock...

Got a pair of Corcoran Marauders on.. this is my day to day for uniform wear. I've gone through three pairs of these. 1 pair in tech school, a custom pair I had made in Korea (the zippers blew out), and a pair I got last summer for school. I've had the same insoles since my first pair, and after six years they are really worn in and super comfy. I used to have steel toes when I worked on the flightline, but non-steel toes are much lighter.

Outside of work I usually wear a pair of Palladium High Canvas boots. They look nice with jeans and are really rugged and comfy.

Negative Ghost Rider. That is in fact what gives you away to "The Man". They can see you coming a mile away, where as in sneakers/hiking shoes you blend in with the "flock". :)

I tend to be found in Etnies calicuts or my trusty set of Hanwag boots. :thumbup:
