What kinda knife do you like?? NO pet peeves

The kid in me loves a solid spear point OTF...not much of a user though...if I had to pick...my favorite...

4-5 inch fixed blade...nice thick, razor sharp, dual-edge spear point. Something that you can stab into a wall and the only thing you'll do is dull the tip a hair.

soft easy to sharpen steel, 31/2"-4 blade liner lock, clip, flipper, thick tip, wide blade and no torx screws

dagger. polished blade, no recurve, hard enough steel to resist tip deformation. gaurd just big enough to keep my hand on the handle, during hard thrust, but small enough to not hinder cocealability. black G-10 slabs, thin but not totally flat.

I like the biggest baddest sharpest blades I can find with crazy designs. spyderco civilian/ti-lite/coldsteel safekeeper 1/2 and sakemaker 1.

I admit a still on going love of the Buck 110 style - nice length blade, strong lockback - classic. I've bought a few imitators - but the original, even a $30 loss-leader from Wally World, etc, is a hard act to follow. Now - Custom Shop or store-specific blade 110 upgrades are also nice:

Sadly, I couldn't leave well enough alone - I recently went in another direction - and finally got both Benchmade Ti/S30Vs I wanted - a 630 Skirmish and 635 mini-Skirmish. Now, that's a nice direction to go in...

For now, I like them both!

Another vote for a Ti framelock. 3" to 3.75" with a hollow grind, using S30V, CPM154 or better yet CPM3V, and satin finished with tip up carry. Love me some good thin slicers!

Titanium frame lock
3.5"
tip up carry
blade hole opener
hollow ground
little bit of belly to the blade

Or, I could just show you:
