Hey all, I have the opportunity to buy this mill pretty cheaply but I haven't actually seen it yet. I just don't know much about mills a so I thought I'd ask around. Anybody recognize it? I would check it out as much as I can before we actually make a deal. Just thought I'd mine this place for some opinions,,, gosh knows there are a few floating around now and then,,,
thanks

Looks very similar to the Grizzly Mill Ed Caffery bought last year. He likes his so far as I know.

Well after looking harder the offset motor throws the previous post out the window. This is also a table top/bench model. It will not be quite a rigid as a free standing unit. What price are you looking at. I promise I will not buy it out from under you, don't need one.

You need to see it make chips before you buy it for sure. See how true the spindle is also. Should work great for a small shop.

I do not know what kind of mill it is other than" :D A Big green Mill:D"
I can't make out how the spindle tooling works? Does it come with some tooling?
If not add that cost to your purchase.
All so:
What kind of rpm range does it have?
Horse power?
The construction looks good for home use:thumbup:

:DIts a big green mill:D

That would not be a big green mill. That would be a small green mill. I'm just sayin'...

I've never seen one like that before, but from here it looks like it has a fairly substantial column and heavy construction for the table size. I have to doubt that is a grizzly.
