What knife are you going to carve turkey with?

I wanted to use this:

More than likely my father in law will use something from their deluxe Cutco set.

I am making a turducken. In order to build it, I get to take the bones out of 3 birds, for this, I will use my Bravo necker, Izula, and a Green river ripper.

My grandfather's carving knife. It predates the use of stainless steel so it's at least from the early 1900's, and perhaps earlier.

Good thread Charlie Mike, I was going to post this today as soon as I got home from work. Looks like you beat me to it. As for what I will be carving the turkey with, nothing that job still falls on my father as I am having diner with the family again.

I won't be carving anything this year, but in the past the Ka-Bar USMC has gotten the job done just fine.
