What knife did you buy yourself for Christmas

Emerson CQC-8. First Emerson. Won't be my last. Amazing ergos.

No need or use for it, I just wanted it 'cuz it's got classic lines.
Mirror-edged the blade and mirror-polished the guard and pommel.

Borrowed pic. (got a cold and too lazy to take my own and post it :-)

It's not exactly for Christmas, but I just happened to pull the trigger on an Emerson CQC-7V this week. It'll probably arrive after Christmas because of the heavy USPS traffic, but it'll be here soon. I have many Emersons, but no 7V. It'll be the first real tanto I've had from Emerson.

Just ordered this...

It's not hear yet, but I bought myself a Tad Dauntless MK4 w/ the DLC blade. I had an MK4 and lost it :( It was my favorite knife, so I had to replace it.

Merry Christmas. I know its not the finest knife made but I really like it. Got myself a
CRKT Bearclaw. Also, my father in law gave me his personal Buck edc. Passing down the
tradition.

Nothing really catching my eye lately, and I can't really justify it anyways. I bought myself a rifle instead (SLR107fr).

I had the blessed opportunity to buy a Brous Blades Bionic 2.0 in full blackout for only 140 dollars and I cannot stop fondling this wonderful knife. It's perfection, the smoothness of the bearings when it flips open, the detent strength, the flipper tab doesn't rip my finger open like a few other knives I've owned, the steel is perfect for my job, it looks sexy, and it didn't break my bank. I'll be carrying this knife exclusively for a very long time, I think.

Bought a dead mint BM45 last night. Love the old school balisong.

You have a good FIL then! Passed down items have so much more worth.
