What knife did you get for Father's day?

None for me, but my dad got a Mnandi and a UT-6. I got him good this year and he is already enjoying them both as of today.

I received my Dave Beck Wilderness Survival Knife a couple days before Father's Day. Hope that counts. It was like Christmas coming early, let me tell you. My son is only 2, so I'll have to wait a while for him to buy me cool stuff!

For my father, I sent him a Cold Steel Mini Tanto, and last year I made him a nice neck knife.

I got a Benchmade 771-01BC1. But with a sixteen month old daughter you know who bought it. :) Larry

:::mental note - having children gets you gifts for fathers day:::
Excellent! I have to get in on that!

I didn't get a knife this year. But I did get a Bushmaster M4/A3. :D

I got my Dad a flashlight.
A triple LED thing on sale at target. (Eddie Bauer brand name on it)
Very cute and functional little bugger.

I got a Benchmite from my son. My dad got an early gift of a UT6, which he has used to open a bunch of stuff and even sawed of some wood from the old countertops with it:eek:  His thumbs are sore from playing with it, I bet that thing has opened 500 times in the last week

I thought about getting my dad a Buck 110, because he doesn't have any knives other than his kitchen knives, the cheap hunting knife he bought when he was ten, and a miniature leatherman multitool. Nothing he could use for proper EDC, in other words. I decided the Buck 110 would be the best for him because it can handle pretty much any day-to-day task, and it's a simple non-flashy knife (which suits his personality). I ended up not buying it, though, because he doesn't express any interest in knives, and actually somewhat disapproves of my interest in knives.

I got a Microtech UMS od green handle and black plain blade, automatic. My EDC and I love it. :-) Nothing like S30V for EDC, I've been literally trying to find stuff to cut.

i got a 13 inch "wandy" stilleto off ebay for fathersday:) plus dinner out but i had to pay for both:confused:
