What knife did you use on Christmas?

ESEE4 at home. Purple Ladybug visiting in-laws. Swisstool to cut twist-ties.
 
I used my Wife's Leatherman Wave to open the Kids boxes of toys with all those little ties they put on them.

I always go for the multitool route during the holidays, never know what your going to come across and a knife just doesn't cut it.
 
I used a Spyderco Chaparral until I opened a present to find a CRKT Ripple knife. Then I used it. It was very sharp out of the box and saw action right away. I like my new knife and my new knife likes me too because it did what knives do. It gave me a little nic before the end of the day. A relationship in the making. :)
 
Used a Kershaw PackRat at the in-laws. I love the reaction they have to assisted openers.

At home I used a Buck mini stockman.

I used the Buck Vantage Pro on Christmas in order to find a Schrade Colt-branded orange Trapperlock!
 
Buck Solo...Opened my youngest daughters rollerblades and my nephews spiderman fishing pole. (he's almost 3 yrs old).....Also opened my grandsons see-saw and my moms park bench..Wow! Didn't realize how much I used the little Buck solo yesturday...
