Hey Guys! Just wondering what your weapon of choice was in the war against the turkey, potatoes and bread! I used a Salal from North arm, as well as a BEAUTIFUL blade from phil wheeler. Smoked turkey didnt stand a chance

I fixed a community dinner for the neighborhood shut-ins, older couples, single people, plus any homeless folks who we could get in touch with.

We fixed two smoked turkeys, three fried turkeys, and two roasted turkeys. All were broken down and sliced with a 10" chef's knife. It took less than 20 minutes to fill three nesco warmers with the turkey meat and hit the serving line.

Almost 4am where I am at. The whole day was cheapo kitchen set knives, until now. I am at work, got a chance to grab some turkey, no utensils here, all I got is a plastic fork and my Hoback A10. This Turkey is history!!

I applaud your service to humanity! That is the true essence of giving thanks and sharing the bounty of the harvest

I was asked to bring one of my knives to the celebration we attended. Apparently, the host and hostess were pleased with it, because it is now theirs. :)

My brothers and their families were in different places this year. My older brother at the in-laws and my younger brother in Aruba (why, that little....). So it was just me and my parents this year. My Dad asked me to sharpen the carving knife. Well, I don't think even Murray Carter could sharpen this POS. We got it close enough to get the work done but I'll be making them a spankin' new carving knife for next year.

Stacy is the man!

I was at my brother's house and all three of his mid-grade Henckels had the dreaded "shiny silver edge" Fortunately, he smoked the turkey in his new BGE for a little to long so it was "pulled turkey" for dinner albeit very tasty pulled turkey. ;)
