what knife do i want

Well to complete this thread, I'd like to let you know that I saved my pennies and just purchased an NICA Tanto Small Sebenza on Ebay. I'll let you know what I think when I get it.
 
I second Nimravus' suggestion for the BM 940ti. All of the things you're looking for including the ability to open and close quickly. Highly recommended.

Oops, I just noticed the thread above--I guess I was too late. :o

If you can't one hand close a Spydie lockback I'm not sure I would trust you with a knife period! LOL:p

I'd go for the Cuda Robo-Dominator. 3.65" $30V steel. Titanium frame lock with an assisted opening mechanism! Mine is on order. You can get yours at www.Knivesplus.com . Knives plus has just recently started up a web site. I've been ordering from their catolog for years. Price: $138. You can't beat that anywhere!:)
