I went the cheap route since money is tight right now and ordered a Schrade 401L. It has a carbon fiber handle and ceramic blade. I thought what the heck, why not for around 40 bucks.

I found a good sale on some Cold Steel, so I ordered a Hold Out 1 serrated, and a pair of Rajah 3's, one plain edged and one serrated. To make the total a nice round number I also threw in a cheap Rough Rider turquoise smooth bone Barlow. The Cold Steels I've wanted for awhile and the price was too good to pass up. And while I'm not fanatical about slip joints and traditional style knives, there are some attractive ones out there(I lean to knives with blues and greens), and Rough Riders really are pretty nice for the price.

A coyote tan/desert sand/ brown Benchmade Adamas 275 (folder) came in on Monday, and I sent it back out within the an hour, it was traded for a LNIB 940. I just got that in today, and I absolutely love it.

You made me laugh really hard reading that.. Thanks.
It was part of a 3-way trade I did on Instagram (I'd tell you my username, but it might be considered spam. It's the same as my BF one though

) So I sent out a Blur and a Leek for an Adamas, and sent the Adamas out for a 940. I think the Adamas is next on my list, but I think I'll go serrated... It's a really thick, beefy, heavy-duty folder, and I don't have one!

May be to big for some i guess. 940 i guess ain't a bad choice either. Was expecting you'd say you had issues with it or something.
