What knife do you pair with your becker?

I usually carry the Swiss mini-champ, I love the retractable ball point pen. I wish that I had gotton one with a flashlight, but I cheaped out.

Well, for now, sigh, it is a Gerber Metolius, riding piggyback on either the Bk7 or the BK9. That will probably change when the tweeners come out. I have detected some inter-family disputes among the Beckers & the one Gerber. Seems as if they are ganging up on the Gerber Metolius & just causing issues. I have temporarily quelled the distubance, but Ethan needs to put an end to it once & for all. Don't know if they will make it another year without someone gettin hurt !!!

I carry a Victorinox Farmer along with my 14 every day. I carry it for the tools. The blade rarely gets used, I save it for delicate tasks and keep it ball shaving sharp.

When I hit the woods, the BK9 comes along.

Well, if you're talking EDC, I usually like to pair a Siegle Jungle Knife with my BK-9.

Frankly, I don't know, at least for right now. They are out of stock at Ka-Bar.
And my other three "go-tos"--Tomar's, Rocky National, and New Graham--all have them backordered.

I really like that Victoronix Farmer those are the tools I can use without a lot of BS. My 14 might have to get a little buddy my 13 has been assigned kayak emergency kit dudies and lets face it BK2's are just mean and dont talk much. Yea Eskabar might like hangin around with Victor.

I pair my BK14 up with an SAK of some sort for EDC. For woods use I like my Fiskars X10, which proved extremely useful for splitting and chopping at the scout camp this week. I'm still waiting for the BK2 which would probably be a better main blade for general woods/bush use.

I'm always accompanied by my BK10 in the woods, but the pairing of another knife is something I put some thought into with each trip. A Benchmade of some sort is always in my pocket and I always have some type of Leatherman (Wave, Surge or Supertool 200) in my pack. I like the ESEE4, but othertimes the Crewman shares chores with a "River Knife" made by my good friend Todd Hunt. For larger tasks I have my Woodsman's Pal and now again, I have my Machax.

Yeah, go for it. SAKs are like Beckers, infinitely useful and a very good value.

There are two that I usually rotate in to pair up with by BK11.
The one that rides along the most is my Vic Farmer. Like my necker, it's just an incredibly useful knife. The two make a terrific pair.

The other one that I have recently started to carry with my BK11 is a Gerber LST that I picked up for a song ($7.50) from a local farm supply store. It's a nice lightweight public-friendly knife, but definitely not something I would consider a heavy use folder.

I usually pair my bk2 with my bk11, but I think that I will rotate my bk11 out and replace it with my new bk14.

Right now I have the bk 13 that I pair with the 11 for work.

But when I went out for a mini hike this weekend it was the 11 that I had paired with the kabar usmc.

Have the bk2 coming in so I feel the kabar and the Becker will be paired together more often soon.
