What knife gets the most pocket time?

These three.

I love my Buck Mayo too. I'd carry it evry day if "variety wasn't the spice of life." :)

Paradoxically, the knife blade I carry the most is the one I use the least. The blade on my multitool. I use just about every tool it has, but I don't know if I've ever cut anything with the knife blade on it.

I have a Ruike S22 on my key ring. I use the scissors occasionally. I think the only time I ever used the blade was to test the factory sharpness on paper. I suppose it's nice to have a back-up.

I've had either a Squirt or Dime riding tandem with a Bic lighter in an Arc Company Quick Draw for years now. Same story. The only difference is that the factory edge on the Gerber was a fail. As a tertiary blade that literally never gets used, it's not an issue.

Between this history and the subpar steel that usually comes on multi-tool knife blades, I've totally stopped caring. The "large multi-tool" slot in my EDC rotation now consists of a Knifeless Rebar and a serrated-only Swiss Tool.

My BK14.

That little big knife is on me (several years now) when I leave the bed in the morning. I have around 5 or six of them, some are heavily used, some are modded.
I tried many different knives, but settled on this. I am very happy with it, as it is just an amazing design.

My main edc comes from a rotation of about a half dozen folders. But the knife that has the most every day pocket time over the last year is the CS Hold Out 3. I carry it every day in the bottom of my pocket every day and use it more than my other carry knife.

If we are getting academic, I pretty much never leave the house without a Leatherman. Over the last couple of years the P4 Freedom has seen a LOT of use.

If we are talking about dedicated knives, my PJ Large Inkosi. I bought it at Spark's shop nearly 2 years ago when I (finally) earned my business degree. I promised myself a CRK, and that's what I decided on. The Inkosi is a stout and hardworking knife. It fits into my contractor lifestyle well. It was my first knife where I broke the $400 mark.

Now, I have bought several more knives more expensive than it, mostly Microtechs. However, there is something about a CRK. Buy once, cry once, and it just keeps working. I bet I have had this knife on me at least 550 days of the last 2 years I've owned it. It's scuffed and a bit scratched but the lock up is still perfect. I break it down once or twice a year to clear out the crap that builds up around the pivot. Silky smooth with a glass break click.

Probably the knife I would pick if I could only carry one the rest of my days. Then again, I'm going to be in Louisville next month. Maybe I need to see if Spark has a Large 31 or Zaan kicking around that wants to come home and keep the Inkosi company 🤔

I received this one day before I received a long time grail in the mail (Rask). This thing has consistently been my go to since I got it. I spent a long time looking at this before I pulled the trigger. It was hard for me to get past 440c for $350. I finally went for it. I am extremely pleased I did. Don’t get me wrong, I’d love for this to be m390 and titanium for that price. Still love this thing and it is a keeper for sure.

Well......I have a Statgear Samurai knife on my keychain.
I carry my BM Bugout with Ti scales and my Bailout with aluminum scales the most lately
I tend to carry what I have carried because it is next to my wallet and keys as I leave. Anyone do this?

Funny you say that, mine probably gets the most pocket time as well 😄 great knife for most tasks

Could be you and I are the only two who are carrying these. The “influencers” were mostly mixed in the few reviews posted. And, of course, they were limited production. I took a chance on one of them second hand at a discount and wound up buying another at full price.

Lately it's been my Spyderco Para 3 Lightweight.

You two echo my carry most often choices. The Para 3 LW is the best when light weight is a consideration. The Inkosi/Insingo when it's not.

Like others mine is generally a Victorinox SAK. My primary folder which does most of the cutting rotates sometimes more than once in a day but the SAK is there all the time and the bottle opener and Philips head screwdriver are by far the most used tools. Probably between the Cadet and the Tinker.
